Your brain isn't failing you. It's just running the wrong programme.
Bloom by Naza is a show about the neuroscience of creativity, purpose, and why intelligent people keep getting in their own way — and what to do about it.
The show nobody told you you were waiting for.
If you have ever sat down to do the thing — the creative work, the purposeful work, the work that actually matters to you — and found that your brain simply wasn't there, this show is about that.
Not the advice version. Not the five habits. The actual mechanism — the neuroscience of why intelligent, capable, purpose-driven people keep getting in their own way, and what changes when they finally understand what is happening.
One argument per episode. Twelve to fifteen minutes. A neuroscience lens. No motivation. No noise.
"You're not failing at your goals. Your brain is succeeding at survival."

Naza Agbasimalo
Naza is a speaker, writer, and podcaster based in Lagos, Nigeria. Her work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, creativity, and purpose — specifically, why intelligent and capable people keep getting in their own way, and what changes when they understand what is actually happening.
Bloom by Naza came out of a simple conviction: the problem was never discipline, character, or the person. It was a resource nobody told her was finite — cognitive energy, brain state, and the conditions under which real thinking becomes possible.
